WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Coronavirus Update: Please be aware that due to staff shortages, our order processing is taking a few days longer than our usual quick delivery. We are working extremely hard to keep the delay down to the minimum amount of time. Thank you for your understanding in these challenging times.
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and do our best to send them out either on the same day or next working day. Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class (UK) or by DPD. You will be sent an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched. Please expect a 2-4 day delivery from the time you placed your order although in reality, you will receive it sooner.
WHO DO YOU USE TO POST ORDERS?
We use 1st Class Royal Mail or DPD couriers depending on the size of the parcel.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes we do. Postage for orders overseas is charged at a set amount of £15.95. If your postage is less than this we will refund the amount to your card.
FREE UK RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days in which you may return the item for a full refund as long as it is in it’s original packaging. After 14 days, you will receive a credit note. Unravelled jelly rolls can not be returned unless faulty. Return postage will be refunded if it is returned within 14 days.
DO YOU CHARGE POSTAGE FOR ALL GOODS?
We charge postage on all goods except on gift vouchers, fabric clubs, downloadable products and workshops. Postage is worked out by price of product.
Under £15 – postage is £1.95
Under £29.99 – postage is £2.95
Under £39.99 – postage is £3.95
Under £49.99 – postage is £4.95
Over £50 – FREE
Overseas postage is set at £15.95 by default. You will be refunded any difference.
WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It is rare but sometimes parcels get ‘lost’ in the mailing system. If you think your parcel may be lost then please contact us. We can then advise you on what to do. If an order is deemed to be lost then we will send you out a replacement order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
If an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise you on when it is due in or offer you a substitute. If we are unable to fulfil your order you will be refunded.
ARE MY CARD DETAILS SAFE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Absolutely yes. All card details are taken through either Paypal or Stripe – both of which have stringent security measures in place and both are fully PCI compliant. Credit card details are encrypted to us when we receive your order. We are also PCI compliant which means that no sensitive card data is held on our computers.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER WHEN IT ARRIVES?
We want happy customers so if you are not happy then please contact us. We can then either offer you an alternative or give you instructions to send the item back for a refund. Please note that we can only offer refunds on orders returned it the original packaging. For example – if you wish to return a jelly roll then please don’t unwrap it!
WHAT IF I’M REALLY HAPPY WITH MY FABRIC PURCHASE, HAVE MADE A WONDERFUL QUILT AND WANT TO SHOW YOU?
We LOVE receiving emails of pictures of quilts so do send them in and often we feature your pictures on our social media.
