This ruler allows you to make the Kaleidoscope block quickly and easily with minimal fuss. Be warned - this ruler is highly addictive! You will be amazed at how easy this ruler is to use. It has a handy 3¼in line allowing you to cut the corner triangles for your kaleidoscope blocks. Plus it has 2½in wide markings enabling you to cut your own 2½in strips. This ruler can be used with two jelly roll strips sewn together and looks equally effective using 4½in strips.
