When can I expect my order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and for UK orders you should receive your delivery between 2-4 working days after you place your order - it is very likely that it may be sooner than that!
You will be sent an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched.

Who do you use to post orders?

We use 1st Class Royal Mail.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do. Postage for orders overseas is charged at a set amount of £15.95. If your postage is less than this we will refund the amount to your card.

 

Do you charge postage for all goods?

We charge postage on all goods except on gift vouchers, fabric clubs and workshops. Please note that it will appear by default. Postage will be deducted when we process your payment. If you order via Paypal then postage will be refunded to your card.

What if I don't receive my order?

It is rare but sometimes parcels get 'lost' in the mailing system. If you think your parcel may be lost then please contact us. We can then advise you on what to do. If an order is deemed to be lost then we will send you out a replacement order.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise you on when it is due in or offer you a substitute. If you have paid through our secure payment gateway, we won't charge you for the item until it is actually sent out to you. If you have paid through Paypal we will contact you to discuss your options.

If an item is backordered will I be charged postage twice?

No - you only get charged postage once.

When I place an order is the amount debited from my account there and then?

If you pay through our secure payment gateway then when you place an order and fill in your card details you are not charged. We only charge you when we process the order. If you pay through Paypal your money is debited from your card immediately.

 

Are my card details safe on your website?

Yes. All card details are taken through a secure website. We are also PCI compliant which means that no sensitive card data is held on our computers.

What if I'm not happy with my order when it arrives?

We want happy customers so if you are not happy then please contact us. We can then either offer you an alternative or give you instructions to send the item back for a refund. Please note that we can only offer refunds on orders returned it the original packaging. For example - if you wish to return a jelly roll then please don't unwrap it!

What if I'm really happy with my fabric purchase, have made a wonderful quilt and want to show you?

We LOVE receiving emails of pictures of quilts so do send them in. You never know it may be proudly displayed on our blog for the world to admire!
