Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, go to checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept most credit and debit cards.
Loyalty Scheme
You will receive a Quilt Room loyalty stamp for every £15 spent (excluding sale items, bom's or clubs). Collect ten stamps and receive £10 off your next order.
Shipping And Handling
- £1.95 - Orders under £15
- £2.95 - Orders between £15.00 - £29.99
- £3.95 - Orders between £30.00 - £39.99
- £4.95 - Orders between £40.00 - £49.99
- £5.95 - All orders over £50
All orders are processed between 1-3 working days and are sent first class Royal Mail. You will be informed if an item is temporarily out of stock. All parcels to EEC Countries and other destinations will be charged at £15.95. If your overseas postage is substantially lower then you will be part refunded.

We process all orders as quickly as possible between 1-3 working days and are sent first class Royal Mail. You will be informed if an item is temporarily out of stock.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you and let you know.
Credit Card Security
Please be assured that this is a secure web site and no credit card details are held in clear text at any time on any web site. The 'Credit Card Verification Value' is the 3-digit security code that is on the back of your debit or credit card.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you order arrives in poor condition or doesn't arrive at all - it's not your problem. We'll take care of it. If you are not happy with any item, for any reason, please return it to us in it's original packaging for a prompt refund or exchange. No delay - no problem.
Cancellation Policy
If you place an order and then change your mind, you may cancel your order. Please contact us on 01306 877307 or email us at [email protected]. If your order has not yet been dispatched then you will be refunded . If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to send your order back to us in the original packaging to The Quilt Room, 37-39 High Street, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1AR. A full refund will then be given via the method of your inital payment. For UK customers, we will also refund your postage via our loyalty scheme.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Should you wish to return or exchange goods then please return to our mail order address: 37-39 High Street, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1AR. Please note that only goods returned in orginal packaging will be entitled to a full refund (Uk customers will also have their postage refunded via our loyalty scheme).
